Shannon has consulted with dozens of business owners and entrepreneurs regarding their business strategies, systems, technology, hiring, and training to assist in creating a future of success and profitability. In addition to real estate agent licenses in Georgia and Ohio, Shannon holds national licenses and has obtained certifications in senior human resource management and operations. She serves as a business coach to individuals and groups.
Shannon is known for her love of systems and processes and utilizing those to help individuals and businesses connect deeper in their recruiting and business relationships. Shannon survived the last market shift as the owner of a successful business in Atlanta. Shannon has also served as a team leader for Keller Williams and hit record recruiting numbers in that role.
